"An Act relating to child abuse and neglect, child-in-need-of-aid             
proceedings, delinquency hearings, and review of cases involving               
certain children who are in the custody of the state; relating to the          
crime of endangering the welfare of a minor; relating to disclosure            
of information about children and their families; amending Rules               
3, 7, 10, 15, 17 - 19, and 22, Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rules;              
amending Rules 3, 7, 10, 12, 21, 23, and 25, Alaska Delinquency
